Design, build, hosting, SEO, light-touch booking form, ongoing updates — all in one monthly fee. Built for the SLP running her own private practice. Pediatric, adult, or telehealth.
Versions of these come up across SLP private-practice groups again and again.
Built for a 5–8 page private-practice site. Scoped tight on purpose — that's how we keep it at $59/mo.
1 small update per month, included. Update your rates, swap a photo, add a specialty, change your hours, refresh credentials. The things that come up.
You see a preview before anything goes live. Send us what you want changed. We make the change on a staging URL, send you a preview link, you hit Approve. Then it ships.
Bigger work (new page, big rewrite, brand refresh) we quote as a one-time project, or bump to Plus ($99/mo) for 4 updates/mo and new pages included.

Streamlined processes and modern tools — not a marketing agency with overhead.
A web form walks you through one question at a time — your credentials, specialties, insurance accepted, telehealth setup, headshot. 30–45 minutes total. We start building the next day.
The first pass is genuinely clean because we got the specifics upfront. Two structured rounds of feedback. Most sites launch 2–3 weeks after sign-up.
Updated rates? New specialty? Different headshot? Email us. We make the change on a staging URL, send a preview, you hit Approve. It ships. You never log into a CMS.
No. The website is the front door, not the medical record. We design the booking form to collect only basic details — name, email, age range, best way to reach you. Anything clinical (history, diagnoses, treatment details) routes to your existing practice management software (SimplePractice, IntakeQ, Jane, etc.). We don't store, transmit, or process patient health information on the site. You stay responsible for your own compliance program; we stay out of the regulated path.
No. We don't replace your EHR or practice management software. The website is the front door — it presents your practice, your specialties, your credentials, your insurance, and routes inquiries into your existing intake system. EHR stays where it is.
Both. The site can be positioned for pediatric (parent-facing, kid-friendly visuals, "speech therapy for kids in [city]"), adult (post-stroke, voice, swallow, transgender voice — more clinical), or a mixed pediatric/adult practice. We adapt the copy, the imagery, and the SEO focus to your actual caseload.
If you offer telehealth, we build it into the site as a clear, prominent option. We don't replace your telehealth platform (Doxy.me, SimplePractice telehealth, Zoom for Healthcare) — we link to it. The site explains what telehealth looks like, what equipment patients need, what states you're licensed in.
Clearly. Insurance accepted, self-pay rates, sliding scale availability, superbill policy if you're out of network. Most SLP sites bury this. We surface it because parents and patients filter by insurance first.
A web form walks you through one question at a time — credentials, specialties, insurance, license, headshot, telehealth setup. 30–45 minutes. We follow up with a 20-minute call if anything needs clarification. Then we build. First pass typically lands in your inbox 7–10 days later.
Two structured rounds. Round 1 dials in copy and layout. Round 2 catches anything you noticed once you saw it live. Then we ship. Most SLP sites launch 2–3 weeks after sign-up.
Rate change, photo swap, new specialty added, hours change, license/credential renewal, copy refresh. Anything that's a 15–60 minute change. Bigger work (new page, big rewrite) we quote as a one-time project, or bump to Plus ($99/mo) for 4 updates/mo plus new pages included.
We don't do that. The whole point of this model is your site doesn't end up frozen and dated 18 months from now. If you want a one-time build, hire a Squarespace designer. We'll happily refer.
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. The product is built and tuned for SLPs, but the business shape (solo allied-health practitioner, pediatric-leaning, intake-form-driven) is the same for occupational and physical therapists in private practice. If demand grows, we'll spin up dedicated /for-ots/ and /for-pts/ pages. For now, contact us and we'll talk.
Tell us about your practice. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps — usually a short call and a link to our onboarding form.
